The final season of anime for the year 2021 is almost upon us. Must be that time for me to take a look at what is airing and pick out those shows I intend to watch.

Second season of Let’s Make a Mug Too. First one was enjoyable, even with the shorter episodes, and I suspect the second will continue that trend.

A horror-comedy about a girl who finds herself able to see horrific monsters, when nobody else can. Her approach to the situation? Just ignore them. This sounds like it could be a fun one.

Puraore! PRIDE OF ORANGE
Our girls’ sports anime for this season is one that focuses on ice hockey. There’s not much else for me to add here.

SELECTION PROJECT
…and here’s our idol anime for this season. Apparently it is part of KADOKAWA & Doga Kobo’s ‘Idol x Audition x Reality Show’ media mix project. Seems there’ll be more than just an anime series for this, but that’s what I’ll be focusing on.

Yuki Yuna is a Hero: The Great Mankai Chapter
Yuki Yuna is a Hero returns for a third season. Very much looking forward to the return of this one.

A relatively small selection of anime this season, though I may pick up some more. Even if I do, the only show I’ll continue covering is Tropical-Rouge! PreCure – I think I want to use this season to focus on clearing up my backlog of manga and light novels.
My most anticipated show for this season if Yuki Yuna is a Hero, though Mieruko-chan is looking like a lot of fun, too.
I shall also continue to watch The aquatope on white sand, BORUTO: NARUTO NEXT GENERATIONS, One Piece, and Tropical-Rouge! PreCure. Seems like Love Live! Superstar and The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated are also going to roll over into this season, too, and I definitely will be keeping up with those. Oh, and there’s also the final part of Magia Record to look forward to, at some point.
