The third season of A Certain Scientific Railgun. This one starts airing on January 10th, 2020.
BanG Dream! 3rd Season
Poppin’ Party, Roselia, Afterglow, Pastel * Palettes, and Hello, Happy World! return once again, and I suspect RAISE A SUILEN will have a big role to play in the third season of BanG Dream!. Easily my most anticipated music-themed show of the winter season.

BOFURI: I Don’t Want to Get Hurt, so I’ll Max Out My Defence.
A girl playing a VRMMO allocates all her points to defence, which gives her “Absolute Defence” and deadly counter skills. From what I can gather, she basically breaks the game. Seems like that could be pretty amusing. That PV certainly has me looking forward to it.

The next entry of the PreCure franchise, which involves healing and animals in some way.

Here’s another music-themed anime. I’m curious about whether the title is literal or not, but either way, I’m up for watching an extreme idol fan support an idol she adores.

An anime about three girls who want to make an anime. It definitely looks somewhat out there in the PV, so I’m quite interested in seeing how this one turns out. Very strong FLCL vibes coming from this one.

Koisuru Asteroid
It’s a rare season that doesn’t have a girls’ club/Manga Time Kirara adaptation, and Koisuru Asteroid ticks both of those boxes. The studio producing is Doga Kobo, the same people who adapted NEW GAME!. I’m quite looking forward to seeing this, which involves stargazing.

Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story
If it had been up to me, I would have chosen to adapt the Puella Magi Kazumi Magica spin-off, but instead we are getting an adaptation of a mobile game. Looks pretty all right from the PV, but I doubt it will leave the same kind of impact as the original Madoka Magica did.

Rebirth
From the somewhat limited information I can find about this, it is about girls playing a card game. Eh, I’m sold.

Show By Rock!! Mashumairesh!!
We’re getting more Show By Rock!!, but the main characters this time around are not Plasmagica. The focus this time is on a band called Mashumairesh!!. Looks like there will be some familiar faces about, though. Oh, also another music show.

Somali and the Forest Spirit
A show about a human girl and a golem, her guardian, travelling together. Judging by the synopsis, the golem will be a father figure for the girl. Lots of interesting stuff to be seen in that PV as well, so I am looking forward to seeing this show.

From previous seasons, I’ll also continue watching BORUTO: NARUTO NEXT GENERATIONS, My Hero Academia Season 4, One Piece, Aikatsu On Parade! and the final few episodes of Star☆Twinkle PreCure.
Rory Muses 
Other than Haikyuu season 4 there isn’t a lot of anime that I’m looking forward to this season. However, Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken! seems interesting. It will give me an opportunity to re-watch and review some classic anime.
